This past week was devoted entirely to my original work. I spent the entire week working towards the completion of the synthesis of all of my ideas and starting the analysis portion. Last week I got the necessary break that I need to sort of clear my head and relax a little and because of that one of my biggest strengths, this week was productivity. Not only was I working hard to complete my final product but I was also efficiently knocking out assignments for my other classes. With me efficiently knocking out assignments for my other classes, I am able to focus more on ISM, and still maintain the weekend as a weekend so that I get a break from school. I definitely believe that taking ISM for two years has been extremely helpful during this time because my time management skills have been refined thoroughly. However, I do see problems arising given that AP exams are around the corner. While I have already been accepted into college, I still need to maintain the grind to get the scores that I want on my AP exams, and that adds another thing onto my plate. Staying at home, an environment that is not nearly as conducive to productivity, is difficult because I cannot seem to focus as well as I want but that is something I will just have to push through. With that being said, I look forward to completing my original work within the next week and a half, so that I can shift my focus a bit more on AP exams and adjust my priorities.
