This past week in terms of ISM was difficult. The transition to eSchool has been quite rough due to communication becoming increasingly critical. However, with increased communications comes a greater risk of misinterpretation or misunderstanding. ISM luckily is a class that prior to the "quarantine" was primarily online. A big challenge though is the mentorship component. I am now reliant on virtual communication and that ends up hindering the efficient development of my product. Therefore, one of the biggest challenges was overcoming that. I had to maneuver around that and adjust my calendar and the whole timeline to accommodate the communication limitation. The biggest success this past week, however, was my completion of the product progress packet. Completing this product progress packet was important not only to prove to myself that I am still capable of productivity at home but also it showed me how much I had completed thus far. I just kept going and going and kept working and I never truly had time to slow down and reflect on how much I have completed so far. With that being said, I look forward to picking back up a little more and working on creating my circuit whilst maintaining contact with my mentor and continuing to overcome the hurdles that are to arise these next few weeks.
