Quarantine Hustle

This past week in ISM was extremely productive. Now that we are deep into the whole eLearning phenomenon, I am really starting to get the hang of it. I am glad that ISM has a hint of fun included in the assignments. One example is last week we had an assignment which entailed reading a children's book that was categorized as public speaking practice. Seeing such a light-hearted assignment in a time of adversity and tribulation was quite a sigh of relief. However, that is not to say that my week was productive or diligent. My mentor sent me a list of videos to learn and attempt to understand everything for me to write the analysis on the redesign. I started watching those videos and began taking notes accordingly. One of the greater challenges this week, however, was organizing all of my assignments. Now that all of the assignments are online, and no teachers are reminding us of powerpoints of the due date or how to pace our assignments. However, I think it is good because that is how college will be, and so perhaps this quarantine is a valuable experience. As of right now, there is only one week left in eLearning, however, there is speculation that it will be extended. Regardless, this next week I look forward to completing the work that my mentor assigned me to take a large leap towards the completion of my final product.
